Shipped sub-300ms real-time speech with live accent and code-switching detection across 50+ languages, plus an autonomous reasoning engine that resolves multi-step requests end-to-end.

2023

Rebuilt core on large language models

Re-architected the conversation engine on LLMs, unifying voice, chat and SMS into a single agent with shared context and memory — a step-change in conversation quality.

2022

10M calls handled & real-time analytics

Scaled the platform past 10 million automated calls and launched live sentiment analysis, resolution tracking and the real-time analytics suite.

2021

Multilingual support & SOC 2 Type II

Expanded to 30 languages, entered the healthcare vertical with HIPAA-ready workflows, and achieved SOC 2 Type II certification for enterprise-grade security.

2020

First production voice agent

Deployed our first production AI voice agent and integrated with leading CRM and telephony platforms, going live with our first enterprise customer.
