Is there a free trial? +
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start. You'll only be charged after your trial ends and you choose to continue.
What counts as a "call"? +
A call is any inbound or outbound voice interaction handled by your Walie.ai agent, regardless of duration. Chat messages are counted separately and are unlimited on all plans. Calls that are immediately hung up (less than 5 seconds) are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit? +
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we charge a small per-call overage fee ($0.08/call for Starter, $0.06 for Growth, $0.04 for Professional). You can also upgrade your plan at any time to get a better rate.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups? +
Yes. We offer 30% discounts for registered nonprofits and 50% discounts for early-stage startups (under $1M ARR). Contact our sales team with your organization details to apply.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee? +
No setup fees on Starter or Growth plans — you can get started instantly. For Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer guided onboarding included in the price. Custom implementation services are available for complex deployments.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer for annual enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
